Sorry to make slightly fun of this, but this guy strikes me as

a mid-tier HellBoy antagonist, similar to the first Del Toro movie, who'd go:

"Aah, Herr Hellboy we meet at last, Ja!"

Then HellBoy would whip this guy on the floor like Hulk did to Loki.
